Tauck’s Blue Danube Cruise
May 19, 2016 Westbound
All of the interest at the 3 Rainbow Cinemas “Woman in Gold” movie pairings over the past couple of weeks (and we should be returning this Tuesday for a 4th time – come join us at St. Laurent Mall at 7:15 pm) has us looking at putting together a group of Rainbow Cinema patrons to travel to Vienna. See here
Everyone wants to see Vienna in person! And there is no better way than onboard a Tauck river cruise.
Here is some info about Tauck. They do both river cruising, as well as land tours (and have been selling land tours for over 90 years!)
Tauck believes “how you see the world matters.” Here’s a blog link with more detail. See here.
And Tauck has won “top river cruise” company 3 years in a row. See blog here .
I love Tauck. I am a Tauck certified agent. See blog here .
Tauck is great for couples (and singles have no single supplement on their lead in category 1 on all sailings). Plus, Tauck is the only river cruise company to embrace the family river cruising market on their specially designated Tauck Bridges’ river cruise sailings. See blog here. (But don’t worry! If you want to travel with families, you look for the Tauck Bridges product, and if you don’t want to travel with families, you just look at every other Tauck regular river cruise offerings, .e., they’ve not been designated as Bridges’. River cruising in general has an older and more mature demographic. The Bridges sailings are specially geared towards families.)
I love what Tauck does in setting themselves apart. Look at this experience I had with them onboard the MS Savor last year. See blog here. They really know how to create a culturally immersive experience.
I’m looking at two sailings from Budapest to Prague with the Rainbow Cinemas’ GM, and I have an incredible offer from my partners at Tauck to give some early bookings two nights free at the end for a post-cruise stay at the Four Seasons Prague.
We have some Ottawa folks interested in sailing on the Tauck MS Esprit on the May 19th westbound sailing of the Blue Danube. You can see details on the itinerary and pricing here.
And we also have some limited availability on the Tauck MS Savor on the Sept.1st westbound sailing of the Blue Danube. (Same itinerary link… but a possible option for those interested, who cannot make May 19th).
Contact me for details! But please remember – Tauck river cruises usually sell out a year in advance, so we are very lucky to have any space at this point. These itineraries will continue to sell quickly, and it will be first come, first served! Deposits are $800 usd/person.
Let me know if you have any questions and/or you’d like to make a booking!
