There was a very interesting keynote speech by Rachel Botsman at International Luxury Travel Market (ILTM) about trust with clients in today’s travel environment.
Rachel shared this video of a grandmother freaking out behind a self-driving tesla – and no matter what her son would tell her, she couldn’t relax. she asked to be put back in control. The keynote speaker compared it to some clients who won’t travel now.
