Very helpful and patient as we explored various resort options even though we were leaning to one in particular. Worked over christmas to make it happen and the whole experience was one of our best. Had a problem with Air Canada, but this was a reflection of AC and not sheila. Sheila was very good about dealing with various questions with the resort, arranging ground transport on arrival, etc. The whole process was efficient, very friendly and the trip was a wonder experience.
