The wonders of an upgrade

I always enjoy talking to Sheila. She is well informed and eager to help. She especially pleased to inform us of a 9 category upgrade when Cunard mistakenly canceled our reservation. We couldn’t believe we were being upgraded from deck one front with a window to deck 5 mid-ship with a balcony!
