Myth:
“It’s not always easy being a solo traveler”.
Reality:
It can be a drag to travel on your own (trust me, I’ve tried it) and especially can be tricky for women. That’s why one of the small group adventures with companies I know and trust is likely perfect for you is you’re a singleton. Not only do most of the companies we work with offer a single-traveler-match-up service (single sex share basis on rooms), which saves you the single supplement, but also a lot of active travelers are solo.(Did you know that 60% of the moderately priced adventure company Exodus, who I often work with, are solo women travelers?)
